Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How long does it take for the Canvas Transfer process?
A: The entire process of canvas transfering the print(s), stretching them onto wood bars, and shipping usually takes around 2 weeks.

Q: With a canvas transfer, do you wrap the image of the picture around the sides of the wood bars?
A: Our standard method is the "Museum Wrap". This is where the image of the picture goes to the edges but is NOT wraped around the sides. This way none of the actual image is curved which could be a problem for some pictures. So the sides will be a white canvas color. We CAN wrap the image around the sides, (Gallery Wrap) upon request. Please realize that the "Gallery Wrap" method will make the picture a few inches smaller in length and width. But again, our standard method is to NOT wrap the image around the sides.

Q: Is there extra shipping fees for Canvas Transfers?                                                                                                        A: It does cost more to ship a Canvas Transfer, however we have already factored in this additional fee into the cost of the Canvas Transfer. So the fee you pay for a Canvas Transfer includes the extra shipping cost. At check out, you will only be charged the normal shipping fee of an art print.
